corevlue.jpg•    Improving vocational capacities of in-service human resources and after- school youths in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency and ultimately to enable communities and improve their livelihoods
•    To enhance social justice and to improve economical growth of communities through increasing level of knowledge of communities specially youths by delivering training regarding human rights, gender, democracy which will be designed with special focus to Islam and culture of communities
•    To improve the institutional effectiveness of client organizations and to up-grade their capacities, systems and technologies tailored to their needs and requirements. Considering above OHRD offer package of administration, educational services mentoring, evaluation and present systems, advanced technology for them.
•    To reduce vulnerability and to strengthen peoples’ capacity to cope with disaster risks they face through improve capacities of vulnerable communities and client organizations by offering package of training and awareness programs on Disaster Risk Management
